It’s hard to put into words what the last ~4.5 years at AlphaSights have meant. Working across 15+ teams, and helping grow our design team (sorry for being such a pain in crit), I'm incredibly proud of how far we have come.

I’m deeply grateful to Dan, Alexei, Frank, and Alisa for giving me the chance to contribute to such an interesting and challenging space. Huge shoutout to the Design, ADS, and Experts teams for reminding me every day how special it is to be surrounded by people who genuinely support one another. After nearly 5 years of insane development, AlphaSights is still on a strong upward trajectory, and I’m excited to watch from the sidelines and see what you all cook up next.

I can’t thank everyone who’s made my time here special because there are too many to name, but here are a few very important shoutouts:

Dan: For your guidance, support, and for unleashing our design team.

Erica & Emi: Though our time was short, your curiosity and energy elevated our small team every day.

The Design Team: For keeping the bar high and caring deeply. Across all the iterations of this team, every single person has been talented and kind. It’s been a joy moving rectangles on a screen with you all.

Alexander, Rodrigo, & Rui: So proud of what we built and scaled together. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to shape the DNA of AlphaSights.

And a massive shoutout to Paul for being my sparring partner, my biggest inspiration, and my biggest headache. No one has contributed more to my growth. Even when it was difficult, you always made sure people were taken care of and the work was as strong as possible.
You were my biggest design challenge. Thank you for putting up with me.

For what’s next, I’ll be joining Harmonic.ai to take on a new challenge. While I’m excited for this next chapter, I’ll miss seeing you all every day! I’d love to stay in touch!
